When you provide us with Business Contact Personal Data, we (and/or other ProxyStore.net-affiliated companies) are the data controller of Business Contact Personal Data processed under each Customer Subscriber Agreement. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from the data subject concerned for the transfer of Business Contact Personal Data to us.
We will process Business Contact Personal Data as is necessary to maintain our business relationship with you and to meet our obligations to you under each Customer Subscriber Agreement in accordance with the terms of the data protection provisions contained in your Customer Subscriber Agreement. Please contact your ProxyStore.net sales representative for a copy of these provisions. As part of these provisions, we ask that you provide the link to our privacy notice to each of the data subjects for whom you have provided Business Contact Personal Data to ProxyStore.net.
